Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew / Katko MCLTEA0008503110 / KKVM 332CC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ormec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Soyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ormec such as the ORN70CFEHS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MV4V4S471472 manufactured by Soyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Soyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRS1240AE01 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ishida Brand P5426A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mitac such as MSC373SCI equipment made by Mitac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitac" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MRSA22 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular N11119REVC original spares produced by Robertshaw

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MP377MultiPanel by Simatic-Mp377-Multipanel and MSC373SCI spares by Mitac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRS1200E31 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
